i think kog'maw easily outperformed her when that was the meta, iirc. Vayne couldn't get near tanks without being CC locked and eaten.
Eedat1 votesThats because tanks were so oppressive along with lane bullies like Lucian and Graves still being around to keep the hyper carries in check. The reason hyper carries are so popular again is because the lane bullies that traditionally kept them in check got nerfed or fell out of favor
