Help me with Leblanc

I want to pick up Leblanc and start to play her, because I don't usually play assassins, and I feel that she's probably the safest assassin of them all. Plus, she's currently considered OP.

So yeah, any 2 cents? Any tips and tricks?

I consider myself a relatively "safe" player where I refuse to try to trade with the enemy unless I feel confident I can kill them. That's why I like to play champs like Ziggs or Orianna because even if they don't play aggressively they still have a chance late game. I feel that Leblanc may be the same since she's good at all stages of the game and even if you don't win lane your ganks are amazing and your W deals a lot of damage to creeps.
