is that unranked dynamic queue has had way worse queue times than teambuilder ever did.

I get 20 minute queue times when I queue as support.

I'd reset the queue after 5 minutes if I were you. I don't think queues are normally that long for low Diamond.

It really is that bad in normals though. Dynamic queue only sees significant use in ranked because it's the only option for ranked play. People just stick to blind pick outside of ranked.

Same. I don't understand how dynamic queue queue time is worse than teambuilder was at the higher mmrs. I only play blind pick now.

My wife (support main)'s average queue time is 10 seconds. Sometimes it goes over that, sometimes under.

I'd blame your situation on some change behind the scenes, probably something trying to make it so Diamond players aren't in the same game as Golds or lower.
