Lane bully I hit 6 killed him, was Cassiopeia

Any TINY mistake I would make = I would die, but if he survived with 1/3 hp or something he could stay in lane and even chunk tower with a few hits. This was with him running nothing but Doran blade + Life sceptor mid at 6

Surprised he didn't buy a hextech and completely dominate lane.

Rune set for Lucian = flat 15 AD, doesn't need attackspeed runes compared to other champs, thanks to his almighty but totally "balanced" passive of giving him 2 hits per cast.

Am I saying Lucian is balanced? SOMEWHAT That dominating early game is stupidly strong

Hey, fun fact. When you buy item 3070 it offers no combat stats which actually puts you very far behind in dueling power. Maybe you should have just sat back and not fought him?
