Riot needs to either make dodge penalty 5 mins every time or make this bannable, its absurd that I 100% lose a game bc some idiot wants to play mf top but I cant dodge bc then I have to wait 30 mins to get into another q. Either ban these players who do this and feed or make it so we can dodge more games without penalty.
