So with this build he has 79% LifeSteal

His Q attacks dont count as Auto attacks so you can Trigger Stormrazer and Tri-force between each hit

Each auto attack heals him for about 40% his health bar with ~700 AD ~830 when he cast E

He can stand in both Nextus Turrets if he has someone to attack and stay full HP no problem.

Baron is easy solo with zero health loss same with Elder Drake.

If they are going to burst you down you can Ult and hit ~950 AD

*AD was with one Infernal Drake
