She doesn’t even have to do dagger damage to proc it. She just throws down her daggers and Es and a chunk of ur hp is gone and then she can just follow up with dagger damage by shunpo-ing to them

BobaFlautist1 votesTo be fair, electrocute has a super long cooldown. A poke mage consistently proccing Aery or Comet will get more out of their keystones than she will, as long as she doesn't kill them first.
All that being said, fuck laning against Kat.
