Can we add an option to wait until we get a team without members from the previous match?

I just played a game with a Ziggs that somehow let a Fizz roam all game, fed, and trolled. We lost and now I'm qued up with him again and he autolocked Ziggs yet again. If I play a game with an awful troll I'd at least like to find out they suck 10 mins into the game, not dread the match because I have a known troll on me team in champion select.

I'm willing to wait any amount of time to que up with people who were not previously in the game. This especially shouldn't happen when you have the same teammate from a team you lost the game with 5 seconds ago.
