That's the stuff for Nexus Seige. Do you see the one where it's a golden field and it looks like someone is Flashing inside of it? The fourth item to the left? That's Flash Zone. Flash Zone puts flash on a 1 second cooldown if you use Flash in it.

No problem mate. Also, you forgot this one: item 3634 That's the Obliterator (I think?). It kills every enemy in all lanes. All of them. Killed. Dead. Seriously, if your team didn't fire this thing, RUN. RUN LIKE A MOTHERFUCKER.

Nexus Siege has been on the PBE for ages now...idk how you're unaware.

Check surrender at 20 it's a lot faster/easier to gather information there than coming to the boards

Some people don't have PBE or look at surrender at 20. It can be confusing playing the game on one set of changes and reading (and remembering) a different set from PBE.
