Will Bard make more junglers viable?

Since the major problem with current jungle is that camps hit too hard and many champions don't have enough sustain to survive the first clear, will Bard's heal portals make it possible? He can place a few of them before game starts and when the jungler needs a heal, he can go to those portals for a quick top-up.

Thoughts?

Weird how little discussion this got seeing how "junglers are gutted!" threads are thriving...

Whichever team locks in bard first will win with the new double jungle meta

First off, the poll. Obviously the egg. As modern birds (including chickens) share common ancestry with dinosaurs this means that there were dinosaurs, and therefore dinosaur eggs, and then there were chickens.

I've always thought that question was silly.

Second: I would have to look at the numbers closer but it could certainly be a strategy to place a few early Shrines down in the jungle to help them sustain through their route. Say you start with the.. er.. frog thing (I never memorized the new camp names) you could place one between Blue & Wolves, and then one in the bush on the way to the, er, Chicken things, since those two camps tend to be the hardest hitters.

And as Bard is roaming around there is no reason not to drop a Shrine near an active Camp so that your jungle can pick it up on his way. I think, even if it doesn't completely enable non-junglers to jungle, it will let him be kind of a map-wide support.

All I think will happen is that early ganking will be much stronger with a roaming Bard support.

The chicken or the egg? Actually Anivia came first. I just destroyed your poll with the best evidence in the world

Really interesting thought.

I can't wait to see him in detail.
