stormrazor has no right to exist in this game. why was it even made?

8.11 aimed to tune down frontloaded marksmen burst with 250% damage crits and shiv/rapid fire procs, and was supposed to push crit marksmen back into a lategame scaling source of sustained damage.

its entirely unreasonable and without any logic, that the same patch introduced a cheap source of frontloaded burst for marksmen with stormrazor, to still allow the champions that can abuse the item to frontload their damage in a guaranteed crit during an early/midgame fight.

if anyone doubts, just how good this item was as an assassination tool, just look at how many assassins ended picking it up. seriously, why are you building burst tools for a class of champions that also deals large amounts of sustained damage?

was originally intended to be a waveclear option for marksmen without much inbuild waveclear, and somewhere along the lines its identity was just changed to a burst tool against champions aswell, and ended up to be a giant problem.

not to mention, the guy who came up with stormrazor must have been a jhin main, to completely break the champion with the fucking item.

either the item should be removed, or the crit proc should be reworked to something entirely else.
