Please Riot just create another precision keystone and leave Grasp the way it currently is

I've been on the PBE and watching something like a shen in full tank hitting harder than almost any bruiser in the game is not healthy gameplay. I'd prefer if actual bruisers with way less safety were doing that level of damage not a shen with 4k+ HP and just a titanic hydra and sunfire cape as offensive items.

Tanks already do insane levels of damage(too much damage), so give bruisers something if they need it in precision but don't give tanks another option to do even MORE damage when that's precisely what they need less of.

Don't change grasp again for 8.1 after 7.24b gets patched onto live.
