Yeah there's that video of Malzahar soloing Dragon at level 2 as well. I'm not sure Dragon should be buffed so much as simply having him not spawn so early. If they don't want him soloed at level 2 then why do they have him spawn at three minutes?

The bigger problem is time spawn and dmg vs minions

This is very easily abused by many champs like Heim

No how about we rework pantheon to not have a bs broken unfair passive of blocking shit tons of damage and nerfing his fking spears that just destroy your hp bar in lane "stall his mana" oh wait by the time his mana is gone your dead or too low to cs and when the oppertunity does arrive you have to try so hard to outplay his passive or your fked.
