Ridiculous amount of BE for disenchant

Old system: the price of 6300 IP champ is equivalent to fourteen 450 IP champs (6300 / 450 = 14) New system: the price of 6300 BE champ is equivalent to 70 disenchants of 450 BE champs (90 BE for every disenchant of 450 BE champ, 6300 / 90 = 70)

old system used to grant 6300 ip every 70 games or so regardless of fwotd and that averaged between wins and losses.

now it could be more or less based on what you get per level ups being lucky or not or just needing to level 1 more time making it as many as 90 games at the most if you're unlucky, but it could be in as few as 60 if you're lucky, which you wont be.

Many people fail to realize that there's a "bad luck protection" in the code that prevents you from getting ONLY 90 BE shards. While its not a perfect solution, it's better than nothing^

no i recognize the averages and "failsafes" the issue is when you happen to get BE value of 6250 and you need literally 50 more BE to get a choice 6300, but you wont get that 50BE for another 15 games.

You're comparing completely different things. A 6300 champ still costs 14 times as much as a 450 champ. The disenchant value of a champ is 20% of its cost, so disenchanting 5 6300 champs will get you 1 6300 champ, as well.
