He feels pretty bad to play. Everyone out-damages you in toplane and nearly every other jungler is better at jungling than him. He could go mid, but Zed and Talon do his job but better. There's almost no reason to play Wukong unless he's your main or something. Thanks...

He feels worse to play against when he's tuned to be meta.

He just needs a partial rework, cancer kit.
