Yi Singed Mundo ults should be shorter but better

Currently it's super one sided when a Yi ults you in a bad spot, with literally no counter play thanks to Alpha strike / Flash and possibly chilling smite.

Yi really only needs his ult to kill the first player --> alpha strike onto next with the kill reset.

Singed is also in a rough spot, borderline underpowered but OP if he's buffed uncorrectly. I'd say his ult should activate just like Gangplanks does, where it cleanses out ignite to make him playable vs ignite/lategame executioners.

Same goes with mundo's ult. Maybe a quicker heal, slower duration
