He is a strong duelist - provided the enemy doesn't choose Jax / Malphite / Volibear to counter you. I've taken Garen top against a Xin and stomped him also to the point that he just abandoned the lane. He isn't absolute freelo like you're claiming.

because when late game come xin zhao have no escapes and if you dont build him heavy tank he would be blow up...

Of course he can be good but in any decent elo xin zhao is getting counter hard plus if you see xin yeah pick alistar or thresh or anything with Slow or hard CC who is a bit tanky and xin now is useless!!

Because if he go in ether he kill someone or he die he cant escape any more

I played alot of Xin top in s4, never in s5. He is just too fking bad against most melees. Sure, he's decent against ranged because of his sustain, incredible base damage and low CD gapcloser, but gets rekt by almost every other melee out there, and when fed, isn't as threatening as Irelia who plays similarly.
