5 of my last 6 games had AFK's in them

Created a new EUW account yesterday while NA was having issues so I could still play League. Decided to keep playing on it today just for giggles and my frustration has been next level with these rage quitters and AFK's. I really would love to hear about these "statistics" because legit 5 of my last 6 games have had AFK's in them.

6 Games Ago: Fizz rage quits somewhat close towards the end of the game after the enemy team starts outplaying our team.

4 Games Ago: Draven flames at Lux, Lux goes AFK. Draven rage quits soon afterwards about midway through the game.

3 Games Ago: Ekko AFK's around level 8 somewhat early into the game.

2 Games Ago: Played an ARAM, Riven stands near nexus towers for a large portion of the game. I have a feeling this Riven was a bot due to several questionable actions as I was observing this "player".

1 Game Ago: Played a normal game as Nami, I was forced to play bot lane because no one wanted to ADC. Our support Taric is very upset by this and starts playing super recklessly. After dying twice he dc's and doesn't return to the game.

This is a pre-level 30 queue, is this really the type of atmosphere new players have to deal with? How is anyone supposed to find the game enjoyable when this is what you are forced to deal with when creating a new account? lol
