Why can't riot just publish its "internal stats" with regards to champion wr, pr, br, etc.
Why would such data need to be withheld? Why rely on third party sites that might have a margin of error when riot can simply publish such stats?
It's just win rates, play rates, ban rates, etc. It's not like you're giving out dangerous company secrets.
