As a jungler I have a question
If one of your laners gives 3 kills within 3-4 minutes of the game starting should I go to that lane?

Most of the time you'll need a four man gank to not die there. Depends on the matchup though.

Sometimes a gank is exactly what that lane needs to turn the game around completely. Usually it's time to cut your losses and try to focus on the other lanes that still have a solid chance of coming out ahead.

Usually I'd wait for 6 and if the deaths stopped you can try to go for a shut down.
