What if Malphites ult was global?

Theres already way too much aoe cc in the game, we dont need it global or semi global or whatever. This simply shouldnt exist.

While true, the fact of the matter is that the ability DOES seem overloaded.

Semi-global range, gives ally DR, huge AOE, a knockup.

He has a lot of shit in his kit, and a lot of them scalings. His early game base stats aren't that great, but the scaling on them is pretty good. I'm wondering if this is Rito's attempt at a late game tank.
