warwick W passive shouldnt be outta combat speed only (aka a extra mobis built in)

the MS should function halfway or at least 25% during combat sequence. instead of completely disabling his W MS.

I'd say 10% of the total bonus in combat but have it ramp up over time when not actually dealing or taking damage instead of suddenly bursting into full on sprint mode again after a few secs.

Having 25% of the effect is still an insane amount of ms.

25% would be: 8.75-13.75% and 21.875-34.375% enhanced

10% would be: 3.5-5.5% and 8.75-13.75% enhanced (the max rank enhanced still nuts tho)

Tbh tho Warwick doesn't need buffs rn, and this is actually a rather big buff even if it was only 5% MS towards low health targets in combat. The last batch of buffs were a major improvement for him.

true i just dislike that moment when you get hit then suddenly a boulder/chain holds you down makes you feel slower in comparison vs simply just "meh im slower since im in combat but ill still kinda get you." speed.

Then why not buff Hecarim in the process as well. His dynamic charge gives him quite the large increase in movement speed and damage. Warwick is fine the way he is right now and the buffs he got were needed and enough to update him to the modern version of League.
