Edge of Night on marksmen works

gives serious damage and out-of-combat MS. The spell-shield is on command, and easy to channel even during a fight. It's also on a 30 second CD (which is really only 20 if you don't use up the shield) which can't be reset - unlike Banshee's Veil.
