He was basically nerfed into only being able to support.. then he was nerfed to one of the lowest win rates of any support.

He's not an optimal pick in anyway it seems though. They made ap alistar almost non existant as if he has no scalings at all

low win rate? doesnt ivern have a liiiike 39% win rate kinda sounds like you should be hanging out around some of your teammates :p ali is a high mechanic disruptor they dont want him dealing damage without his team. like a lee sin as support, if you wanna do well with ali you gotta play a shit ton of ali. but if you play ali well then your team can get a shit load of gold haha

Abyssphere1 votesNo, lol. Alistar is horribly unhealthy outside of support, they will never purposefully enable him to work outside of bot lane. His win rate as support sucks because he's totally over the top in pro play so there's nothing Riot can do.
