That stun delay is killing it almost totally. HOWEVER, it can work if you make the cage smaller. If you are set on the delay and making it more of a trapping cage as opposed to a super op stun, then you need to actually make it a cage, NOT a mobile arena where they can still totally dodge stuff. Also that nerf to his ult is pretty damn noticeable. I'll keep trying it, and maybe I just suck, but he's going to need more love if you guys want this direction for him. I honestly do like the Q though.

If they just removed the cast time on his E, the delay would be fine.

Right now it takes WAY to long to setup. With the cast time, and the delay that was added...

i dont care if he can farm better.

i dont like how he plays now. he doesn't feel right at all. i hate Q skillshot. I purposely played him because he had no skillshot before

so i dont play him now.. even though he use to be my main.

I don't like Veigar's Q being a skillshot. Why? Well now it is much easier playing against him because if he wants to farm with it, it is much easier reading how he will be positioned.

Is he going for double AP? You will be seeing him prep the minions to get the double hit.

He doesn't have the positioning freedom that targeted abilities have. And with a champion's whose only safety net is a stun cage on a delay I don't think it is fair to the person playing Veigar. And if you noticed all the changes they were talking about were about him feeling more fair to play against. (Am I the only one who actually feels more safe as Veigar inside his own cage?)

Why pick Veigar over Syndra now? If their job is to keep enemies at bay, and then blow one person up. Wouldn't you go with someone who is at least more reliable? (This is assuming that they actually have fixed Syndra)

Its only in the beginning that you will see Veigar "prep"ing the minions for the double AP. After 1 or 2 items he can actually 1shot caster minions. Its not like he has to get double AP everytime he uses Q. Make the judgement call whether you are really safe in "prep"ing the minions for the double Q.

The delayed E is still good tool to stop jungler ganks. Its not as efficient as say a rocket jump or a Ezreal E but you have the ability to delete a carry in 2 seconds so you have to have counterplay
