He hit 6 by the time I was 3. Top Lane. I don't think I have won against one in any role since the rework. In any role really, what's the counterplay to him? This isn't a whine thread, I really just want to know what i'm missing in order to fight against him. Whenever I play a melee champ, the shotgun blast just does so much damage. And since I tend to play really basic champs like Garen and Warwick, I may just have to deal with it until I can learn a specific Graves counter champion.

Irelia usually does well into ranged champa but i think he is just to strong early for her.

Best bet would be to fight cancer with aids and go yorick or urgot

Go someone like irelia. stand near creeps without dying. Once u get a sheen and a bit of armor u can easily burst him and force him out of lane. Your e is pretty op and the dash lets u get to him. On top of this, irelia gets decently tanky late game. Even if u fall behind, just farm and try to stay alive until u get guinsoos.(Start corrupting potion and take tp.) Remember to use ur ult on enemy minions cuz ur ult heals u the more things u hit.
