I was one to think, "oh Ghostcrawler did some bad shit in the past, hopefully he learnt his lesson" i didn't qq about him, didn't even participate in those conversations
but every since he joined, the game keeps getting staler and staler with more and more champions being thrown to the "dead" pile up to the point where only 20% of the roaster is being utilized at all

Based on forum postings from Riot employees, as well as job descriptions on Riot website, there is a lot of internal discussion and debate around design and balance. That is fine as long as there is oversight to maintain direction and consistency. Otherwise, it devolves into who has the more persuasive oratory skills, and not necessarily the best ideas.
Xemeron1 votesHave you seen WoW since Ghostcrawler left? Seriously balance was better when he was still around. And LoL balance has been that way since Season 1. Always 10-15 viable picks, around 20 ok picks and all other pics were rare or trolling. Only which cahmpions were the few viable picks changed over time.
