Like you want to light up a jazz cigarette and laugh at the fucking cieling doing nothing with your day I could not care less. You want to eat some yummy bears and get blasted out of your mind playing Sim City, go ahead.

But why do you have to ruin other people's play experience with that shit?

Inting reports never go through to do anything unless the person is literally running down mid for 15 minutes, which is fine because it could be hard to tell subtle inting from just low level play. It's beyond frustrating that these clowns will spam the chat with off topic nonsense until muted while playing full AP Illaoi or some other dank meme build because it's funny to them.

Looking forward to the downvotes for not wanting to deal with these shitheads.

but seriously, being high but still playing to win is by definition not inting. all being high means is that you don't have the best judgement, so you just would strait up suck, which also isn't punishable.

The problem with it is that you are impairing your own judgement and therefore giving your opponent an advantage. In norms this isn't a problem because there isn't a real consequence for losing, but people take ranked pretty seriously, and it's an asshole move if you give the enemy an advantage because you want to use mind-altering substances. Be considerate to other summoners.

of course giving an opponent ANY edge on you is bad, but if they didn't have the cognitive thought process to think of not queing up to begin with if they're wasted, what makes me think they would think of:

Being considerate to other summoners
The potential advantages they are giving

smoking weed doesent equate to trolling, i smoke all day not like copious amounts or anything but dont blame the weed for some idiot being bad. Maybe if its someones first time smoking in quite a while it might impair their league ability but what you speak of is just immature idiots most of us stoners you'd play with and never know the difference.
