Is singed good in some ways or complete shit.

Singed is a super old champion that has a super outdated kit like urgot and Yorick. His passive is pretty bad unless you intend on going ap oftank and building things like se roa and ibc. You win the same way as trynd. Splitpush top. Proxy the wave every chance you get. You will deny alot of farm. If they are too close, fling them under tower then poison them. Also slow them at the landing zone.no need to go for the root. Your ultgives regeneration kind of like mundo and a movement speed buff. You win lane and push top hard. Welp it's better than yorick. All he can do is spam gouls. I don't think singed works in teamfights. His kit just doesn't add up. Fling someone into your team then take lots of dmg. Then you back. The game still has a few kits that just stagnated and didn't age well. This is one of them. But can he be used to just apply lots of pressure and splitpush. Is he good at all or a complete troll champion.
