Just why? His ganks are not strong, his lane presence is toplane is not either (especially since you can buy exe on your first back)

Executioners calling is a great counter, but 9/10 the Mundo will pop his ult and back off and come back into the fight at 100% health. And considering his ult's CD it's extremely annoying to deal with as a top lane bruiser or tank. Which basically translates to him winning because of attrition.

Personally I would use his Ult for engage, rather than dis engage. (except as a last resort) A good amount of his Tankyness is simply how fast his Health regenerates. (not even in the extended battle either) a rank 3 ult, combined with Spirit Visage, His effective health practically becomes doubled.

But if you want to fight the extended trade/poke war, as either a Tank or Juggernaut, all you would need is Warmorg's. Since you won't have to go back to base Just to heal.

I don't even know how he popped up. Prior to the pre season, people were complaining that Executioner's calling was going to destroy champs that relied on healing. Now all of a sudden, they are calling him cancer.

Of Coarse no one actually builds Exe, since it only builds into a last whisper item. The only one who would build that is the ADC. And ADC's really don't want to build that, until they get a bunch of other items first, despite the fact that they can build exe, and sit on it, until their ready to build Mortal Remains.

It's sad that when I as Sion need to buy item 3123 because no one on my team will. I even had to build it against top Taric . Holy shit he was just a wall...that kept healing himself.

Not just ADCs benefit from item 3033 . Champions with all physical damage abilities can pick it up and get good value out of it.

Don't even finish LW early game it's a late game item but buying the 800g executioner is mandatory. I once asked the adc to spend 800g for executioner then i look they wasted their gold on finishing it.......

grevious wounds were nerfed making it even when you get the item its ok at best. Also people aren't complaining about his healing, they're complaining about him hard chunking people with grasp of the undying and q+E letting him destroy people very quickly

Because his healing is only a part of the problem, he's topping damage dealt in a majority of his games without building any damage items. Right now he's super obnoxious to deal with to the point you'd rather not and just kill his team, but he forces you to because he 1v2s your carries
