@ Riot,just tell me, is there any hope for a team with an afk?

I just had one,top lane ryze. We were able to maintain the same level of kills,but heres what they got: Jungler went top so no chance of a gank Numbers advantage Map pressure - Free roams not to mention top had teleport He then came back 30 mins into the game at level 1. Guy couldn't duel minions. Its now 5v5 so they only have: 3 Dragons Baron More Gold More Exp 300 free gold looming under my tower 3 open inhibitors Punishment is pointless as these things are mostly accidental,what I'd like to know is what does their team get,if anything?
