no reason a 2 minute cooldown heal that's also a heal over time should be completely dumped on by an 800 gold item
same for getting tagged by a spell 
that has a higher GW threshold than your passive has before it kicks in, guaranteeing that you won't even get a decent heal because it lasts for 8 fucking seconds on spells
