why are people saying that riot is overbuffing sivir?,she is one of the weakest adcs in the game.

How is she weak? Her ult allows for great rotations, she has insane waveclear at level 1, a spell shield, and nice multi target damage in teamfights. I've been playing her, and while she isn't over buffed, she isn't weak.

the only reason she is even playable in the LCS is because she gets picked with olaf. in solo queue she is just inferior to almost all adcs.

she also has one of the lowest playrates in the game. so the number of games is too small to make point

does she ? for this patch she has a 12.07% pick rate

she was slightly weak but she just legit got buff

it was in this patch therefore her play rate went up and so did her win rate

30 damage is a lot, especially when it's at every single rank instead of it starting lower and going up with rank.

She is pretty bad so I don't think she will be OP, but a flat increase of 30 is pretty drastic.

She is one of the best push adc's.

She has a very strong team fighting ult.

While as a 1v1 duelist she might lose to alot of other adc's she is not weak at all in team fights.

While "weak" in lower elo as in gold and below she gets stronger and stronger with a team that can utilize her.

She's the Malzahar of ADCs when it comes to wave clear. She did not need this buff for her early game.

you do know that Sivir does a fuck load of damage right? If she wave clears, and you're too close to the wave you can kiss your ass good bye.

maybe shes weak against OTHER ADCs botlane like Jhin Draven Caitlyn , but instead of buffing her Riot should have NERFED THE STRONGER ONES BECAUSE THERE ARE OTHER CLASSES IN THIS GAME THAT CAN GET FUKED BY EVEN THE WEAKER ADCS THANKS TO RIOT BIAS.

thats why buffing her was a wrong move she is already too strong but others are simply BROKEN OP.

Sivir is good vs Caitlyn

her aoe damage, wave clear, passive that makes her move fast, her ult, and oh yea that lil spell shield thing ... it turns caits traps into mana pots for her

didnt try but since Morgana Nocturne spell shields prevent the CC and magic damage of her E but dont prevent her auto being enhanced i suppose Sivir works the same.

in this case Caitlyn rotation of E + Q + powered auto + ult is enough to outright kill Sivir in 2 sec.

sivir has a 51.95% win rate vs cait (plat + elo ) and picked vs her 12.97% of time

so not only does her spell shield blocks the traps, and they are mana pots ... she has a favorable % vs cait

part of this is the spell shields ability to nullify the traps... the other part is sivir dont get pushed in like most adcs vs cait cuz sivir aoe wave clear pushes the wave back towards cait

Dude u didnt understand me maybe cuz am bad at wording.

i once played against Sivir as Caitlyn in Ascension and i remeber hiding in brush and i E + Q + Auto + R killed her in less than 2 sec and way out of her range reach.

i dont remember her using her Shield but i know that Morgana Shield can block the CC and Magic damage from her Net or Trap but Caitlyn will still be able to hit u with Enhanced Auto anyway even if the Net or Trap is blocked., so i suppose Sivir Shield is the same unless there is another bias here form Riot.

Caitlyn will always win against Sivir cuz she will always land the first +800 damage crit but thats was not my point form the first reply.

my point is that Riot must nerf the stronger ADCs instead of buffing the weaker ones based on ADC vs ADC bot lane cuz all ADCs even the weaker ones are too strong and easy right now against anything that isn't another ADC.

ok so you caught her by surprised and got head shots off on her and q and ult

that one thing dont disprove the stats

as far as her spell shield its different then morgana's morgana's just blocks the cc and magic damage

go test it for yourself get a buddy one of you go cait put traps down and the over go sivir and use her shield and step on it.
