Jhin needs nerfed

I've been playing Jhin on PBE and he just flat out needs nerfed. First thing that needs nerfed: His passive. The bonus ad he gets from crit and attack speed needs to go down. It's just not fair when he gets over 700 AD and can two shot someone. Second thing to be nerfed, his e. His E does so much damage. Either increase how long it takes to detonate or nerf the scaling. It's over 1.0 scaling with ad. I had an IE and an Essence Reaver and it was doing 600+ damage. Let me know if I missed anything.

If he doesn't come out OP, no one will immediately buy him and Riot will lose a lot of potential money.

No, cause illaoi can do triple & quadra easily but jhin no he can't os everyone ! and he has only 4 shots and has a long cooldown to reload his weapon, illaoi is more strong cause any TANK jhin hard to kill take a sion or hecarim and you can kill jhin . i was with jhin 13/3 on lane and enemy hecarim was afk and it was 2/0 when he just come he killed me cause he was tank even with my supp

Zed can reach over 1K AD if he builds pure damage :')

Yeah if he builds pure damage. I'm talking about 1400 damage per auto with the 4th auto doing % of missing health damage. He has a built in phage so he has no need for boots. His ult does 2% increased damage for every 1% of the targets missing health AND it does splash damage.

Youre forgetting he doesnt gain attack speed, in late game by the time he 2 shots someone an ADC could shoot about 5 shots which also kill someone. and his E has a super long activation time, if you cant get out of it its your fault.

have you completely lost it have you forgot that he has literally 0 mobility. he cant run away from anybody.its like 1 wrong step and u r dead,DEAD.he gets max of 800-900 ad in the super late game . his e is so slow.i think he needs to b e buffed or something. an assassin can kill him in a wink.
