Why Flex Queue annoys me

Its not even organized teams I know that going in. But two things piss me off about it.

1. Did stupid placements in preseason and then redid them a week later and dropped a tier.... like just why?

2. So I am "bronze 2..." in flex queue.... ok w/e. But now I have to wait a few months to rank up super easily if I want to since right now if I play its all gold players. I literally play higher ranked players in bronze 2 flex than I do in solo/duo silver 3 (currently silver 2 mmr).

If I am in bronze I want to fuck around not play vs my actual mid gold elo players. I mean hell I even played vs a prior season diamond 5 adc the other day. I literally got 31 kills as mid and did 87k dmg...... (has to be close to a personal record for my low elo ass) and we still barely won because of how inconsistent team ranks are. I played a shitter mid so I got fed and then helped snowball our bot lane to try and stop the diamond adc. We both ended up fed and it was one of the most intense games I played and I had a ton of fun.... but still. End of the day I barley got my stupid 25 lp because I am trying to 1v1 someone close to 2 tier higher rank than me in a game where my rank is 2 tiers lower than my actual rank.... and because half my team has some idea how to play and then the other half literally seem to know nothing. And its like that every game. Its so damn random its way worse than solo/duo match making. I know its early in the season but there has to be a better system in the future. Shit seems so RNG right now. If you want two queues to stick around you should at least try to make match making fair in both. I have no problem with solo/duo match making currently but flex is just too damn random. I want to get gold in both but can't see playing flex seriously until a couple months down the road when shit gets sorted out and I can just quickly stomp my way to gold 5 before quitting the queue forever.
