Sounds good. E would still be probably one of the best abilities in the game even if it didn't do damage so that sounds fine. I'm not a fan of damage penalties built into a champions kit so removing that sounds good to me. his early game damage is really overwhelming so lowering that sounds good. I think if he is building crit and his q damage isn't reduced then he will have higher late game damage. I'm not sure what else you had in mind as far as late game damage goes.
I'm not sure how I feel about double crit chance and one thing I definitely would like to see changed about him would be reduced duration on his w. AOE projectile shield is pretty OP in my opinion but I do think it actually fits his kit really well. having such an OP defensive spell allows him to build more offensively and still survive. However, I think it should behave more like a spell shield (sivir, nocturne) in the was that he has to know which abilities specifically he can not afford to get hit by and use it reactively when those abilities are incoming. So I think it should last no longer than 1.5 seconds. Right now it seems that as soon as he knows which direction the adc or projectile based mid laner (which is a lot of them) is in compared to him he throws up his windwall and it lasts so long that he can seemingly have an entire fight that the enemy carries just cant take part in.
again, I think its a cool ability it just lasts too long. when I'm facing a yasuo and he windwalls me I wan to say "wow that was a realy good windwall" instead of "wow that is such a bullshit ability". like when sivir perfectly times a spellshield I say "wow that was really impressive."
