I understand Junglers have there own jungler things to do, but it's really annoying when

You don't apply any pressure compared to the enemy jungle.

If you pick Lee Sin, or Kha, Hecarim and you don't apply a lot of early game pressure, you're playing it wrong.

For no reason should the enemy Jungler be able to gank constantly, get his lanes ahead, and stay even in farm with you while you just sit in the jungle 24/7 and farm.

Sometimes they're not ganking because their partners are constantly overextended, why would the jg gank then?

Yes I dive, if I CAN kill, not if there's only a chance.

Countergank? Lane gank? Dive? Push tower down? lots of thing you can do even if the lane is not up against your own tower.
