Heimerdinger, needs some love yes or no?

So, I used to play Heim a bit a few seasons back and found him enjoyable, but lost interest and went on focusing on other champions.

I know the old Heim from years ago was very "annoying" to lane against because of how strong his pushing power was, but now it seems almost the complete opposite.

1. How many champions can hit turrets without the turrets even being in range ot hit back? Annie literally can ayti attacj the turrets and they can't do anything to her. Then there's Lux, Syndra, Brand, all able to easily take down his turrets with no fear of them hitting them.

2. Turrets auto-target Heim's turrets if you place them within range, so you can't use them really push against enemy turrets.

3. Syndra...oh boy, she utterly destroys him. Not only does she outrange everything with her abilities but she can simply pick up his turrets (even his ult turret) and plop them away, throw them into her own turret range, or simply out of lane. There is ZERO ways to "counterplay" syndra with him.

It just feels like to me HEim iiiis at the low end of ap characters at the moment and a shell of what he used to be.

Is he planed to get some kind of rework of some love in the future?
