It's not a money issue. If it's a money issue then I will say that those with that issue should not be online in the first place because that money could have been better used for something you need.
If someone is already paying an Internet bill, but doesn't have the spare money to upgrade their computer, then yes, it's a money problem. They're saving money by playing a free to play game. They're still playing it because a) it's fun and b) their computer can play it well enough.
Putting them in low priority queue (as the OP suggested) because of a money problem when they're playing a Free to Play Game doesn't make any sense.
Say what you want but just because a shitty system can run the game don't mean that you aren't hurting others by trying to play with it.
Running the game and Loading the game quickly are two entirely different things. Players who's computers can't run the game don't play much of the game past the first few matches. Again, this post is about people who can't load the game quickly.
That is the point you people are missing then crucify me for saying anything about it because your priorities are fucked. It's my fault and anyone who plays with a system that don't have these problems according to you and we just have to deal with it. You get called out and the butthurt happens as evidenced by the responses. Take responsibility and stop pushing your BS on others who are responsible.
I'm running on a desktop I built myself which is more than enough for League. 8GB RAM, Intel i5 Quad Core, GTX 750, and an SSD. On a slow day I load the game in about 30 seconds. I wouldn't be directly effected by the OP's proposal.
But I remember having to play on a cheap laptop because that was the best I had and the best I could afford at the time. I also remember playing with friends who had even worse laptops than me, and those also being the best they could afford at the time. Most of those computers ran the game just fine, they just loaded a little slow. Those laptops that struggled had frame rate issues, which effect the person playing on the laptop, not those playing with them.
Personal experience says that if you can't handle the difference between 30 seconds loading and 5 minutes loading, you probably didn't budget enough time to play a game of League anyway.
