Can we discuss Champion Mastery?

In my opinion, it's fairly easy to achieve Mastery 5 with a champion. I feel like people who really, and I mean REALLY main a certain champion should be able to have an "elite rank" sort of mastery for their champion after reaching 100k with them, and have their splash art as their summoner icon.

There are already new plans for mastery if you read the new season notes somewhere. I think that'll be good enough.
