A large number of recent champions (and rework) have had ults that give them some form of untargetability
it's really annoying to deal with. there's a thousand other examples of untargetability characters but all of these were released within a few patches of each other

Camille's is only BS because her ultimate is BS. It isn't that bad overall.
Xayah has no real tool to kit other than E and the ultimate lets her. It just adds a lot of other tools which makes it annoying.
Kayn's is by far the fairest example you gave. He is legit inside the person and unable to do anything. He has a condition to proc it and after he leaves he is typically a sitting duck.
Eve without some numbers and actual feel I can't say.
One key part is they are all on their ultimate which makes them a LOT more fair. Unlike Fizz. Fuck Fizz.
