Can we remove all stacking mechanics?

They never seem to work well in a "healthy" environment. You either stack well and become a god or under-stack and become trash-teir.

Examples: Nasus: Stacks well and one shots anything (towers and champs). Under stacks and does nothing due to being kited. Even if stacked well he can be kited but can't be buff due to "if he stacks well" Veigar: Stacks well and one shots AP champs with ease and even AD champs with relative ease. Under stacks and only had his stun to be relevant. Cant be further buffed because of "if he stacks well" (also his stun is still super strong) Sion: Stacks well and become tank that can build straight armor and MR strong items because his stacked HP will make him bigger than 6 stack ChoGath. Under stack and he's just a cc-bot that is easy to dodge or ignore. Feral Flare/Sated Devourer: Stack well and dominate regardless of your teams performance the last 5-25 minutes or under stack and be useless.Cant be further buffed because it starts off gold efficient or close to. Mejais/SotO: Snowball if you get ahead or wasted gold and useless if behind. Cassiopea: Stack well and get 1000+ap, spell vamp, and cdr or stack poorly and be near useless.

Basically all stack champions and items are feast or famine. Aka not what anyone wants unless you're a smurf, troll, or against teamwork. AKA nothing Riot even whats in their game.

Only ones done well are Thresh ((how could have his removed since its 1 of his 9 or so things he does) and Bard. And the only reason they're ok is because they're so minuet that the player doesn't feel gimped if he doesn't stack well. Kindred I don't know since she hasn't been out long.

Tbh : super-stacked Nasus still gets kited and melted, super-stacked Sion still gets shredded (oh hey too bad %health exists), he's still easy to dodge or ignore. The stacks don't make Nasus get tenacity/slow resistance/a miraculous gapcloser all of a sudden, neither do they make Sion's spells more reliable.

You kinda overestimate the influence of stacks. Someone like Talon is way more feast and famine than someone like nasus/veig/sion imo.

But the way I see it is you can't do anything to help these guys out anymore because of their potential. Remove/rework Nasus stacks and he could be given some sort of hard cc. Remove Sions and you can make his Q charge faster. Remove Cassiopeas and she can be reworked out of a QEEEEEEE champs (maybe).
