@Riot - Can you at least bring HP back to the Locket?

With thr removal of the Crystalline Bracers from the Aegis of the Legion's build path, it's two upgraded items, Locket of the Iron Solari and Banner of Command, in my eyes, have become very lackluster picks. What this also means is that the two new items, Knight's Vow and Redemption, will HAVE to be picked by tank supports because the options for HP items in the support like is shrinking considerably. You're left with these two items, the Sightstone, and the Relic Shield line. While nice, sometimes I'd like to diversify builds and still manage to be a tank, without having to resort to the pure lane tank items like Sunfire or Deadman's. Banner of Command is now less ideal than before, and the Locket just has the active and defense stats. While a nice active, it's not enough to merit the buy. I propose at least giving the Locket back some of its HP by changing the build path away from Aegis and Null Magic Mantle and into Aegis and a Ruby. That way, it will still be an option to give tank supports more HP options in their build paths, because itemization is limited for supports on account of mandatory items like the gold item, boots, and the sightstone. And in giving the Locket some HP back, you remove the fact that Redemption and Knight's Vow become mandatory picks, which is something I was under the impression that was being deviated away from.

Edit: I also forgot Strength of the Ages is being removed, meaning that that's MORE HP being lost by tank supports.

Yeah, I'm not sure why there is no HP on it. Not sure what Ranged supports who can't heal or shield will build now. Mikeals? Maybe, but all supports can get that whether your'e tanky or shielding/healing. It'd be good to have had a third item for ranged supports who won't want Knight's Vow or Redemption (Morgana, Zyra, Bard (arguably bard gets benefit from the healing portion but) but Aegis was a good first buy because it gave HP and a shield. I mean the shield is a lot stronger, but I would rather not want to buy an item for a decent shield every couple minutes. I need HP more often than that. :)

I mean you also CAN buy Redemption, but you're on low income. Wasting some of it on a passive you can't use seems.... sub optimal.

Mikael's was mentioned to be having the heal removed in place of a cleanse.

When I was mentioning Heal power, I was referring to Redemption. On the pbe notes, it still seems to have the healing passive on item 3222 but you get it for the Cleanse anyway.

It always had a cleanse, it now grants slow immunity, and a speed boost if you actually cleanse an effect.
