It's become abundantly clear there's some form of dictatorship in the office somewhere in League head office who is just committed to ruining their game...

Either that or they simply DO NOT CARE about the community, I mean first this year it was taking away Solo Q, despite almost EVERYONE I know hating on it they just blindly ignore ALL constructive criticisms and wishes for it to be returned.

( and don't get me wrong i'm climbing easier than ever in Dynamic Q it's just not satisfying roflstomping every game with my premade of smurfs but it's impossible to have fun playing Solo Q in other premades so lose/lose)

This is absurd, I hate to say it Riot but your refusal to listen to your community and just blindly refusing to take constructive criticism is ruining your game.

If these AP changes goes through I fear for the future of League itself.

Riot listens to their community. They just don't have a Kneejerk reaction everytime a few members of the community decide they don't like something. If enough people want to see something happen, Riot eventually manifests that desire in one way or another.

I like this game but I loathe Riot. Part of me wants to watch the game I love crash and burn just to satisfy the part of me that wants to see Riot employees out of a job and suffering.
