Why the fuck does Fiora W reduce attack speed?

Holy fuck, this is one of the most frustrating things about her kit. I get it, her W can dodge basically any ability in the game, who cares, there's counterplay. The counter interaction is to bait her parry by walking up to her and pretending to use a CC ability. Guess what? You get punished for it anyway by losing all your attack speed and being slowed. Who the fuck though this was a good idea? Her game design is so shit, please just remove this mechanic from the game entirely, the champion will be in the same state believe it or not, she's already been buffed multiple times.
