She mana starves very quickly and very easily. while runeglaive helps with her mana, it does not for combat against champions. I cannot see a reason why dark frenzy must have a mana cost.
but hey, it's eve. She is seeing usage in the lcs so gotta nerf her in some way.

Oh, and it RESETS on kill or assist, and its cooldown is lowered when you hit an enemy with Q, which should be happening even after the nerfs to her Q missile speed. A totally deserved nerf imo.

You're right.
Lee Sin just gets a free pass by having an extremely overloaded kit and being one of Riot's favourites.
You just listed her Ult as two things she has late game for team fights. Its hilarious how much stock you put into an ability that so many of us agree is too weak. It shouldn't have to be used for the slow, but it is, which is pathetic because of its massive CD (comparatively to that of Lee's). the shield only matters if the enemy team is dumb enough to clump close enough together that she hits more than two champions.
I can do the same thing though. Lee not only has an easy to manage (and essentially limitless) resource but Lee gets a FREE Disengage-Engaging highly damaging ult that not only displaces a target and knocks them back, but it knocks up any enemies they pace through, and scales off a large amount of Lee's AD and his targets health. Hard CC > Soft CC
I could go into detail about what Lee Sin has over Evelynn but I won't, I don't want to draw any more attention to how utterly ridiculous you sound.
