A player behavior idea.

I would be willing to gamble my honor level on getting a report into a review from a human. Seems like a potentially solid system on paper. If any one sees abuse potential please let me know.By having a potential cost for escalation you don't see it spammed every game. Drop in honor is a drop in free stuff.

2 main gains for the game.

The folks who stupidly spam reports with no good reason who want to try to force a ban via my suggested escalation system not only lose honor levels but they might out themselves in the process as a negative teammate.

The outliers of high toxicity who try to hid behaviors to evade Leave-buster and Chat get subjectively graded by a human. Far as I know People are far better at judgment from a subjective viewpoint over an automated program.

This impacts 3/4 of your tilted stereotypes. 75% isn't bad.

Edit. This is an escalation system to target the problems that are hard to find with automated systems. Not a replacement system for reports. Realistically there is no goddam way to have humans check every report summitted. Sorry, I was not clear enough in my post on this.

If trollers/afk/feeders are going to be punished like toxic players are punished, I am ready to give honor, lp, rp, be or whatever I can give in-game for it*[sg-miss-fortune]* .

I mean, i don't really see how it makes a difference if someone spams reports If the reports are false, they don't do anything

And technically an automated system is better than a human because it doesn't have opinions and it's faster. If humans checked all of the reports, it would be a lot slower and they can have different opinions about what's toxic and what's not

Just my 2 cents

I don't want the removal of regular reports or a human to shift thru an impossible amount of data. This is an additional system that functions as an escalation for when you think some one did something absolutely unacceptable.

If you think that 100% any one looking at the game would agree that yea player X is a negative for the game because of intentional behaviors. I said gamble because its a risk, you might be wrong or who ever looks at it might think it was not done with intent to be toxic.

The problem with manual reviews outside of abuse is inconsistency. My perception of what is toxic might be very different than yours. In addition, I might agree that bahavior is toxic and review it as such even though it might not be extreme enough for me to have reported it myself.

I have yet to see chat logs in player behavior that I would not flag as toxic, so that leaves me to believe the system works. I do see complaints of people not getting penalized, so it's likely that the automatic system is more forgiving that it could be.

I agree and that's why i used the term Gamble.

You can set rules, hell you can build a community majority via polls for what behaviors would warrant punishment then use that as the standard you hold your "graders" to adhere to. Entire thing can be done with the community to make the gameplay better.

Its extra work for some one end of the day, that's an expense. Why I want it to have a cost to players built in. That way if your wrong, if your not actively removeing a toxic player, you wasted some ones time. So if no need to punish is found You pay a cost, that cost eventually becomes something you cant pay if you fk it up over and over so the burden of extra work is lowered and people who try to abuse the system lose free shit and season rewards.

I have a personal bias because some negative behaviors are clearly intentional when some one gives up. If they don't go off in chat, it rarely gets punished. My experience in Gold and Plat is no on really thinks letting the enemy take multiple towers, hibitor, and damage nexus is a good play because the ADC is farming krugs. No on thinks a split pushing Sona is worth barron. When a majority of members on a team ask for help and its ignored that's pretty frustrating, but automating that would be punishing for people with toxic premade and its not inherently going to be correct if you don't use the context of the game.

This is what came up with to solve my frustration for that behavior, I think its a common frustration, I am open to being wrong about that and I am open to being wrong that its viable or functional. Feels correct to me but now its time for peer review.
