Riot with the Blue Essence drop rate not improving

Will we see a change to rune page and champion mastery costs. 6300 seems really high for rune pages when you essentially need at least 7 to have 1 for each role and 1 for varied builds. Maybe even just discount the first 5. Champion mastery costs of 3150 without a shard is pretty ridiculous when you think about about that you can buy the average champion for about 4800. Maybe drop it to 1k for rank 7 and 750 for rank 6.

I'm not asking this to be greedy. I can't really do anything with blue essence besides buying new champs on release. I just feel really bad for the people who went from already struggling with 2-4 rune pages and basic runes now having to spend at least 6.3k 5 times to have at least 1 page for each role and basically can't rank up their champs anymore without sacrificing their ability to buy champions.

We essentially matched the old system with BE for IP, but currently it feels like Riot forgot that the new system is more expensive beyond the first two rune pages in terms of cost. Sure it would cost you 8K to make your first rune page, but after that you had the armor runes for every new page reducing the costs by about 25% to 6k per page. And you probably could just go flat AP and have a flat AD page and be able to play 90% of the champs decently. Making your total cost for the set up in the old system 14k. But in the new system you are given 5 free sub optimal pre-built pages + 2 pages which are often situational. So for 2 more pages to make you even able to play 4/5 roles you spend 12,600. Basically we skipped 14k of blue essence for the average player. Or for players like me about 30k (I had every useful rune and 11 rune pages). But I at least kept 11 rune pages which is 56,700 blue essence (11-2 free = 9 x 6300). Maybe drop rune pages to 3150-4800 to make it more reasonable for people who don't own every champ.

If you aren't convinced that the costs are actually much higher now. Once you spent like 30k on runes you had enough to make almost any page you wanted. Now you don't have to spend that 30k, but you need to buy about 2-3 more pages to have nearly as much flexibility as before. Which is 18,900 right there. Then combined the level 40 emote (prob one every 10 levels). 10k. And 3k for each level 6 and 3250 for each level 7.
