Nobody should play Sejuani until Riot changes that 17 second Q cool down

I only wish I didn't spend so much money on Sejuani skins that I got before the rework. Never again Riot! Who knows what champ will be gutted next. At least she got that nice AP bonus ratio last patch, so that you can build a sweet AP item when you are 4 levels behind Xin and Graves to help you be even less tanky. That surly put her in a good spot.
