Remember when trading prior to kills was a thing?

As opposed to just bursting the opponent from 100 to 0 as soon as anything lands, they get too close, or your Flash comes up.

This is really unhealthy and the burden of knowledge it creates is too heavy. I can't imagine how frustrating this is for new players.

It isn't a problem for new players to be honest. New players lack knowledge like "if this doesn't kill him then he will wreck my face since I have no cooldowns". But as of right now it just kills him so he doesn't have to think about stuff like that at all and can just cast his whole combo upon landing a stun.

This helps new players but veterans get punished because they have learned this stuff and it is useless now.

This game is turning into a casual fest, look at mid for instance. If you don't know how to lane you just pick a waveclearing champ and wave clear all day.

If you don't know how to play Top just pick Maokai and point and click everything to death.

If you don't know how to play Jungle just camp a lane since you aren't getting behind anyway if you sit in a bush for 3 minutes straight.

If you don't know how to play support just pick Janna or Lulu and point and click everything / shield your ADC like a dumbass.

If you don't know how to play ADC just pick Cait or Trist and never get in danger and just farm.

Yep when a team fight was 10-15s long and no one died until at least 5s into the fight.
